Company and product search
We will search for your product across multiple factories across Taiwan. We only supply from Taiwan as in 100% manufactured in Taiwan. We will not supply you with products that are manufactured in other countries but just assembled in Taiwan. Note this if you decide to work with other suppliers.
Samples
We can get you samples. There might be some incidental costs such as shipping. The important thing to remember is lead time. As everything is being manufactured or on-hand stock sent from Taiwan, it could take a couple weeks to find the product you need and then shipping could take a couple of weeks.
Branding: Your brand name, or no branding.
As many tools, sets and kits have branding on the tools or tool case, this can be problematic for some suppliers.
We can get your product made with your branding or have all branding removed. Want to sell generic unbranded tools, we can arrange this.
Quality
We can visit the factories and management to make sure you will get the quality you need. Of course, no company should buy any products without testing them first in your facility or in the field, and therefore we strongly recommend that you get samples sent to you before your first purchase.
Certifications
We can verify ISO certifications as well as verify Made in Taiwan certifications.
Lead Time
Some hardware is pretty standard and will have hardware in stock. Other hardware (for the volume you might need), has to be produced to accommodate your request. It is vital you know your lead time as all manufacturing takes time. It's not unusual for a lead time to be 60 days after a contract is signed. Then it has to be shipped via boat or plane.
Continuous Shipments
How many parts do you need per month? Yes, Taiwanese factories can provide continuous shipments or one-offs.
